Your Horoscope for Sagittarius

The fact that good-fortune Jupiter is your ruler gives this special day weight and importance. With Jupiter in your eighth house of commissions, fees, and all kinds of funding, this would be the ideal day to present a proposal to a client, make a presentation or speech, or apply for money from a bank, venture capitalist, or investor. You will be carrying a four-leaf clover in your pocket, and you’ll be luckier than a leprechaun on this special day.
Halloween falls on October 31, and the transiting moon will be in Pisces. This means the costumes will be amazingly creative this year, so if you want to win first prize, you will have to think hard, come up with a first-class idea, and execute it flawlessly.
October 31 is close to the November 4 opposition of Uranus and Mars that I talked about earlier. It is what astrologers call “within orb”—in other words, Halloween falls within the circle of influence of that opposition. As said earlier, this is a virulent aspect that can cause people to fly off the handle at a moment’s notice. Add alcohol, and you have a potent, dangerous brew. You are a mature adult, but not everyone acts as responsibly as you.
If you go to a party—and you should, if invited, because it will be fun—take a cab home. Leave early, or better yet, host a party at your house. (Pisces, where the moon will be, rules the cusp of your fourth house of home, the reason I say this.) If you have children, take extra care of them no matter their age, and if possible, accompany them when they trick-or-treat. You can have fun—just take extra steps to stay safe, and remain alert.
