Your Horoscope for Leo
by Susan MillerSeptember, with its two eclipses, had you thinking quite a bit about money last month. In comparison, October will be more fun. Get as much done this month as possible because November will be messy and frustrating at times. I will fill you in on what is happening.
Mercury will be retrograde in Sagittarius and Scorpio next month from November 9 to November 29, and you will begin to feel the slowdown as soon as November begins. (That is always the way with clever little Mercury.) This time you will feel Mercury in your fifth and fourth houses, bringing miscommunications and glitches to your love life if you are dating (married Leos will not feel Mercury interfere with their relationship because your marriage partner is found in the seventh house, not the fifth house) and affecting your home and family plans.
The fifth house (where Mercury retrograde will begin in your chart) also rules your children, so you may need to change or define plans for one or more of your children. If you are in the process of a divorce and not seeing eye to eye with your soon-to-be ex about future custody of your children, see if you can put that matter aside for now and take it up in December. Making plans when Mercury is retrograde is not likely to create stability, so waiting until December may be preferable.
Mars is currently in Scorpio, and that is putting a great deal of focus on your home and family life. Mars has not been in Scorpio and this area of your chart for two years. Mars entered Scorpio last month on September 22 and will keep you focused on your personal life until November 4.
