Mars, the energy planet, will make its debut in your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievements for the first time in two years on November 4, to stay until December 15. This will put a spotlight on your professional accomplishments. If you hope for year-end publicity, you may well get your wish. If you have been interviewing for a new position that would represent a step up, keep interviewing, and don\u2019t let anyone tell you that no one hires near the holidays. They do, and it could be you.<\/p>\n
I feel December will be your best month of 2025 to score career victory, so stay confident. Saturn and your ruler Neptune will support your effort for advancement. Jupiter, working from his perch in your fifth house of creativity, could bring an exciting assignment that will allow you to showcase your imagination. As a Pisces, you are usually happiest when you can add your artistry to projects you work on, and this configuration may bring you that chance. There is a problem coming in the first week, however, and it is due to Uranus.<\/p>\n

The full moon of November 5 will fall in Taurus at 13 degrees in your third house of communication and short-distance travel. You may be finishing up an important report or manuscript and pumping hard to get to the finish line. You may be attempting to conclude a contract or other agreement. Alternatively, you may be getting ready to give a speech, launch a new website, or place a new app on the market. Suddenly, no matter what you are working on, even though the project showed signs of proceeding smoothly to the finish line, as you edge closer to the deadline, you may run into unexpected difficulties on or near November 5. Mark November 4 (one day earlier) through November 10 as the dates that the full moon will deliver this frustrating news.<\/p>\n
Avoid travel and sign no papers near the full moon of November 5. The problem is that Mars will be in exact opposition to Uranus, the planet of unpredictable events. This is an explosive, volatile aspect. This will give a very slow pace to the month, which will be peppered with Mercury\u2019s usual tricks of creating delays and postponements. Don\u2019t rail against the delays\u2014they will work to your benefit.<\/p>\n

Mercury will retrograde November 9 to November 29. You will start to feel the scrambled communications and delays crop up the moment the month begins, far ahead of the official onset of the retrograde. This time Mercury will be out of phase in Sagittarius in your career sector.<\/p>\n
The ninth house also rules legal matters, so the same rules apply\u2014take your time, and don\u2019t let anyone rush you. There is a good chance you will be pressured to hurry up and agree to terms. Instead, you should have your lawyer read through the paperwork.
