Long story short: Early November would not be a time to travel. Mars and Uranus will be cutting across your two travel sectors, your third and ninth houses. When Mars and Uranus have a conflict, their influence extends for days, both before and after their meeting.

Things are about to get worse. At the new moon in Scorpio on November 20, Uranus will be in Taurus, 29 degrees, and the Sun and new moon will be in Scorpio, 28 degrees. As you see, unpredictable Uranus will attack both the Sun and new moon directly. That is a very tight opposition, and it could make for an unexpected expense that shocks you.
