At the new moon November 20 in Scorpio at 28 degrees, Uranus will still stomp around the heavens in a heavy, cross mood. Uranus at 29 degrees Taurus will directly and tightly oppose the Sun and new moon, within one tiny degree. Your work project will be on your mind, and you seem to be starting something new, but be careful, and don’t accept the offer too quickly. Mercury is retrograde, and your enthusiasm may cause you to rush in without knowing the details.
Your ruling planet Mercury will retrograde (November 9 to November 29) in your opposite sign of Sagittarius, so you might change your mind when you realize the new project was not what you assumed it to be. Or you may need to change the method you are using to tackle an assignment or make a staff change. You would be focused on an expert you hired who is somewhat equal to you, not a subordinate who reports to you. Said another way, an expert you hired may not be delivering what was promised, and Uranus this month would expose that deficiency.
Alternatively, a challenge might arise suddenly as you are beginning the project. The fact that this aspect delivers news out of the blue may make working on the project much harder and more expensive than it appeared to require at the onset. You may wish you had charged a heftier fee, and it may be too late to adjust your fee to reflect the extra work. If you need to sign papers, hire a lawyer—that would be a necessity with the planetary patterns at play this month.
